Andie Roberts of McGraw Realtors commissioned Landmark Preservation Consulting LLC to complete extensive archival research on behalf of the current homeowners. In anticipation of selling their home at 416 Ramble Street, Hot Springs, Arkansas, the current owners aimed to document the history of the house, expand on their knowledge of the property, and to provide the new owners information about the history of the home and it’s previous occupant.
