Landmark Preservation Consulting

The City of Atlanta has commissioned LPC to complete a Conditions Assessment on the 1958 Rosalie Wright Elementary School, located in the Florida Heights neighborhood of Atlanta. Consulting services will include: archival research, document the building’s current exterior and interior conditions, identify building deficiencies and to make recommendations for future rehabilitation treatment of the building. The report will also create a phased prioritization schedule and create a capital budget to assist in long-term planning.
